Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery

After processing, most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, address issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50 or more before taxes and after discounts.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will do our best to help.
